Default Idle problems after inj swap

Probably some noob questions here, but after some hours of reading I am not getting closer.

Here is how I got into my problems:

-Removed Vortec and checked that the car was ideling fine with the 1.8 injectors

-Installed the MSPNP and adjusted timing. Smoooth Idle!
-Welded in the IAT bung and removed AFM, new firmare. Still smooth idle

-Then installed my Rx7 550 injectors and made the following changes on REQ_fuel, Acc Wizzard and crank settings:

Rec fuel set to 5.6 after using the rec_fuel function in megatune

Crank PW (Based on 230-550 calculations):

-40f 4.2
-20f 4.0
0f 3.8
20f 3.6
40f 4.0
60f 3.7
80f 3.2
100f 2.6
130f 2.1
160f 1.8

The accelerationwizard hawe not been touched from base map since I am just trying to get the car to idle smooth before I am driving it. The Acceler Wiz is for compensating when you hit the throttle right?

After the 550 install the car idles like its only running on 2 or 3 cylinders...

Have I done any realy bad settings or are the reconditioned 550s i bought with flow sheet from osidetiger.com just not working?

If you changed the settings as you're supposed to it should be fine. It sounds like a possible vacuum leak at the injectors, they may not have sealed against the cylinder head.

Man, I hadn't even thought of that.

Mine acts like it's running on 2-3cyl at anything below about 10% throttle load, including idle and light highway cruising.

As soon as I roll into gas to accelerate, or hit a hill which ups the load, it runs smoothly.

Takes off like a scalded dog in boost.

What do the AFRs look like? I swapped rx7 460s with cleaned rx7 460s and that was enough to require reworking the lower duty cycle parts of the map. I wouldn't say it was idling rough, but it was oscillating like crazy at idle, running lean, and generally not very fun to drive.

My wbo2 sensor not quite good at the moment, I am getting a new sensor for my zeitronix tomorrow... I tried to idle the car again today, it ran a little bit better...

A new question, if you change some settings in the map, and then are going to press burn to ecu, do to have to shut the engine down? Or can i tune and save the settings with the engine running?
