Default LC-1 and DB guage freaking out.

My car died on me yesterday, and all the power went off. I finally got things back on (No Idea how) but things seemed fine then my gauge starting flashing 7.6 afr. I tried a few things, and noticed that it only reads 7.6 when its lean, and it reads something like 10.2 when its rich. I was freaking until I connected my lap top and noticed Tuner Studio is fine. Later I connected it to LM Programmer and that reads fine as well, so now I'm thinking maybe this is just a gauge issue.

Has anyone seen something like this before. Everything has been fine for the last year or more. No really issues until this.

For what ever reason one of the outputs on the LC-1 changed. I was able to adjust it with LM programmer. Everything seems to be much better now.

Sounds like your LC-1 defaulted to narrowband emulation on the output you have hooked up to the gauge.

Also sounds like you have an electrical problem you need to sort out...

The guys and flying miata suggested grounds, thats what I'm looking into. I've had issues in the past, but they go away, then comeback with mad vengeance at the worst possible times.
