Default MSPNP Pro J2 Jumper?

I'm getting ready to tie in my LC-2 wide band wiring on my autocross/hill climb only project. I'm connecting signal at 4AA Red (stock rear sensor). The wide band will be the only sensor on the car, for now anyway. the front sensor wiring will be unused.
One statement in the 01-05 specific instructions has me a bit confused.
J2: Oxygen Sensor Selection
Place a jumper between the pins labelled "Front" to connect the front OE O2 sensor the the MSPNP. Likewise, connect the jumper between the pins labelled "Rear" to connect the
rear OE O2 sensor.

Do I need to move this jumper or leave it at default? Wondering if the jumper is for the option port connection method.

The jumper is if using the stock O2 sensor wiring and does not affect using the options port.

I'm connecting signal at the stock rear sensor wire 4AA red. Front stock wiring not used. So I need to set the J2 jumper to rear?
