Output on MSPNP2 for VICS control

Output on MSPNP2 for VICS control
I have done a lot of searching and it seems like every thread I find related is for a DIY PNP.
I have a 1.8 swapped 1.6 with a '99 head. I am trying to wire in the solenoid to control the VICS.
Is there an output on the 15-pin connector that would be able to trigger this signal. If there is an output available, can I directly control the solenoid or will I need to drive a relay to drive the solenoid?
I know the rest of the wiring, I am confused on getting an output from the ECU.

Use WLED on the 15 pin connector to run the solenoid directly.
