Default BEGI S3 Intercooler Pipe Clearance Issue

I am running a BEGI S3 with the 2860 and cannot seem to get the charge pipe from bottom of Turbo to not rest on the AC lines or hit the sway bar mount.
Anyone else have this issue? What did you do to resolve?
Car is a 1995 R-Package with AC

Back in 07 when I tried installing my hotside pipes, I could not get that pipe to fit in any way, shape, or form. I ended up pulling out my AC to make it fit. So I wish you goodluck with it.
