So, i got my begi s1 in and began installing it, its really pretty easy. Just takes some patience. I would say easier than installing a rollbar. Anyway, i also bought a 92 yellow miata with a hardtop for $500. I then took the hardtop off, put it on my car and sold the yellow miata for $600 the same day! Pretty sweet deal if do say so myself. But, for anyone who cares, here are some pictures!

Haha, yeah, i will feel pretty dumb with the yellow until i can get it painted. Do you guys think that if i get it painted red that it will match? I have heard that it is hard to get the paint to match the rest of the car because of fading. If i dont think it will match, i can just get it painted black. But either way, i like the look of a yellow hardtop better than the look of the soft top.
I'd suggest trading for a red one or selling the yellow one on m.net for some good money since I'm assuming it's original Sunburst paint. Then you should be able to buy a red one for cheap.
You might keep a running list and send to BEGI - from what I gather, they'd actually like to know. Your pics show what getting a kit is about- more about getting thing together so you can drive vs. figuring it all out.

. Good luck with the rest of the build, the quality looks pretty good.
