Which eBay MBC?
So in a couple months I'm going to go MS, but it's god damn spring right now and I want more power.
DP is being made and tomorrow I order a wideband. Here and here people talk about a good eBay MBC, but the links are broken. Which one has a record of being half-decent? I'd like one that's a little easier to adjust than the typical DIY device, but hey. Whatever works.

He's going MS soon so why waste the money now on an EBC? That just pushes the MS further away which is exactly what he shouldn't do. I think living with an MBC instead of EBC is worth it if it means getting the MS sooner.

This is the one I used... you used to be able to get them on eBay for $15 shipped, but now it looks like they want $30.
Go to eBay and find one that looks pretty much like these do and you'll be set.
This is all you need: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NXS-M...spagenameZWDVW

Be careful. Without electronic engine management, I'm not sure you'll be able to fuel appropriately with the new dp. In fact, I don't see a fuel pump in your sig, so you're probably better off to avoid adding more boost.

EDIT: Now I remember why I was confused about the fuel pump. The big DIY FaQ says to buy the 94-97 kit, even though a 90-93 kit exists. I could never figure out why that was (especially since Lightning Motorsports' page links to the DIY FaQ post) so I just decided to put off buying a Walbro until it was critical. Lol.
Any other glaring omissions you can see?

I highly recommend the HallmanMBC. I have it on my car and the GF's MSM. I had to borrow a TurboSmart MBC once... it was crap.

Can't he just mod the MS and make it be the boost controller? http://www.diyautotune.com/catalog/p...kit-p-160.html
