For many years on my 1.6 I was running an old Bell/FMI system with stock injectors and the Bell FPR (since upgraded to FMII with Hydra 2.7). I tried different band aids including a Walbro 255 and a home made flow reduction valve (major pita) and then went to a Walbro 190. The only time I had emissions issues was when either the Cat or the O2 sensor crapped out. the first thing I would do is replace the OS sensor. If you have single wire O2 sensor, upgrade to a 3 wire sensor.

Threads like these always make me laugh.

Hay guyz my emissions show that i'm running too rich because i'm running bigger injectors and a bigger fuel pump on a stock fuel settings withbandaidz. How do i fix it.

You fix it by "removing" some of the extra fuel where its running too rich.

You're all haterz maaan i expected more intelligent answers.

Yup these threads always go great...

It was reading below 1.3% before the walbro
Let me connect the dots for you.. the now more powerful fuel pump is pushing out enough pressure where your injectors which used to flow x amount are now flowing a lot more fuel so your car is running quite rich.
