Default hey all remember me?

hey there everyone, just stopping by to say hi. looking into picking up another miata here shortly. 93 preferred so i can greddy, but am more then willing to look into the other years.

funny how life is... my old car shown here: https://www.miataturbo.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1168

recently contacted new owner to see how things were going, and he told me they have put 47k miles on it in a year, and have only changed some brake pads, and the oil...... when i had it it went through 4 clutches 2 rearends, and 3 motors, and 3 tops in less then 35k miles..... freakin' sucks..

anyway guys i am looking for another, and because of my new job i travel regularly between redding and sac, and twice a month to the middle of Oregon. so that is a plenty big area to find a decent car. let me know if you want to sell your car! or just want to say hi.

thanks..

That's what i'm talking about

Funny how a car stops breaking every 5 minutes after you sell it. My first car was a 65 Mustang, it was broken more than not (but it looked pretty). After I had rebuilt the entire thing, I sold it out of frustration. The new owner says after years of ownership, "I had to get the carb adjusted.." I just wanted to punch him in the face..

i can't freakin' believe it. I just about socked him but it doesn't solve anything.... slicing the break lines on the pos would have done quite nicely.
who else is still in Nor Cal with me? Redding anyone?

Default I'm back!

resurrecting a dead thread.... and account. now I am in Southern Oregon, not Northern CA, and am looking for a cheap starter car to go along with a few other projects... the addition of a 16 month old girl makes it so I have to have other cars to drive other then the miata... which also means I have the time to commit to a project since I don't have to have it running by the next morning....

anyone on here around Roseburg OR???

4 door 325i with some m3 upgrades... still have it. basically came back to the miata for the cheap performance. will probably eventually sell the bmw, but for now theres no reason. it will be a fj60 landcruiser and a miata for daily duty.
