Manifold cuts

Manifold cuts
I was just looking at my exaust manifold. It appears that cuts have been made between 1-2 & 3-4 but not 2-3. Should I remove the mainfold to make this cut? If so does it need to be done immediatly? I was planning on doing some work in a month or so that might involve removing the turbo but will be running an autocross or 2 before then.
