i never could tell a difference.. it might have been slower, but everything seems slower when you finally hit boost.

I love turbo power and all... But I do miss the "not worrying bout crap" feeling I had when its N/A'ed.....I mean the turbo is reliable and all...its just the car seems to break more when its boosted....

i just took the turbo off my car, and other than being louder than all freaking get out, it's nice again..

just can't wait until my exhaust stuff comes, so i can put a muffler back on the car.. open header is L-O-U-D

so do you more like the way the car feels na? I like how I can just floor my car every where, on turns, etc and im some what affraid when I turbo I can not do that any more, since with more power, the car will prob try to kick out.

solution: stickier/wider tires and/or better lsd :)

yeah there definatly is a difference on how you modulate the throttle. if your not careful it can kick out a bit faster.. butthis is ture with any car that has decent to good power. takes me a while to get use to it......but theres nothing like going WOT in 5th gear and it pull like an NA does in 3rd or 2nd.........

If you're worried about oversteer from adding power you need to stop thinking of the throttle as an on / off switch.

I have a 90 turbo, rebuilt engine and a 97 stock w/ 112k on the clock and the 90 feels more powerful across the spectrum, no question it has more low end grunt. Rebuilt engine or older 1.8 or both the cause idk.
