The 1.8 has bigger brakes than the 1.6. There are several sources affiliated with this site for even larger brakes that will work with 15 inch wheels. Search for "big brake kit" or "bbk" as it is often abbreviated here. One that is common and works well uses the cheap and readily available rotors for the Volkswagen Corrado. Searching this site for "Corrado" should net you some worthwhile results.

not sure at the moment, I've chucked some Kseal in for the time being which has sealed it up, at least i should be able to get a few more weeks out of it until the engine is back in the TVR, then can take the car off the road and do a proper job!
