best cheapo dye pen kit

Someone stole the 20 year old box-full-o-cans out the basement at work and I wanted to go over my gen3 6uls before a track day. Does anyone have a go to brand/vendor for a cheap kit?

Aircraft Spruce has cans that are $9.95 each. I've purchased one can of penetrant and one can of developer for $20 total and used IPA to clean it off.
