It's about time someone sells these. What is the length, diameter and material of the hose that you will be supplying with the full kit?

Thanks.

MartinezA92 10-28-2011 05:58 PM

Did I miss something? Are you supplying a full kit?
EDIT: Apparently you are.

Thanks.

Kit will come with 11ft of high-temp (500*F) 2" hose, hose clamps, and a handful of zipties to keep everything out of the way.

They will install without removing the hub, but the old dust shields are a PITA to get off with the hub in the way. You really want to just buy two new nuts and dustcaps and remove the hubs - trust us on that. It's $20 well spent.

There's a GB link in our sponsor section, but I wanted to make sure the track crew saw these.

cool stuff, any pictures of them installed? just as a visual aide?

Very nice. I will add to my list of things to acquire (growing ever larger).

I found a good picture illustrating why pulling the hub is recommended for removing the OEM shields. So if you don't pull the hub, how is even possible to do the swap?

nm, that picture actually explains it all!

I hate you. You take all of my money.

ILoveOffRamps 10-28-2011 09:28 PM

how long is the GB open for?

curly 10-28-2011 11:52 PM

I've cut the dust shields off without removing the hub. Used a warn down (small diameter) cut off wheel, took a while but possible. Just gotta know it'll be in a dozen pieces when you're done.

Mobius 10-28-2011 11:56 PM

Very nice!

You use a box wrench to undo the three bolts, then use a pair of tin snips and a healthy dose of adult language to cut the shield and bend it off the spindle.

I need pics of 15x10 6ul, 11.75" BBK, 245 tires, and these ducts. Assuming you can get all those pieces in one shot.

Photoshop, all parts on the ground, or mounted together? ;)

curly 10-29-2011 08:13 AM

Mounted of course. We have some amazing hardware available for bargin prices between 949 and TSE, were lucky to have two dedicated track sluts who also happen to sell the parts they develop.

Easy now . . . need to keep this at least R-rated. A picture like this would endanger keyboards across the land.

flying_solo 10-29-2011 09:02 AM

Ohh, something else to do this winter. Very nice.

Oscar 10-29-2011 09:38 AM

By all means, don't post any pics of these mounted and hooked up to some hoses :fawk:
Now come with an easy solution for the duckfaced brakeducts on the R-package lip kthnxbai x0x0

Any idea if they fit with Goodwin brakes? Looks like they ought to, but...

thanks,
