Datalogging fuel pressure, lateral gees, & TPS is essentially how I diagnosed mine as fuel. See build thread here:

If yours is doing it with a full tank though, then it's not fuel.

my car does the same thing. literally identical symptoms.

I have a new FP assembly to drop in the car to see if that fixes things. When my tank is full or at least above 1/2 tank, I don't have issues. It's something related to the pickup I'm sure, just never opened things up yet.

fuel sock issue. a pin hole (you can't see it with naked eye). replace it and you will be fine.

I did that (replaced with brand new OEM), it didn't help.

Can I narrow it down at all knowing that it happens on stock ecu (throws no codes) and standalone? MS uses map, tps, wideband, gm iat, and cam/crank sensors? What else does it use from stock sensors?

If it happens with stock ECU and a full fuel tank, my guess would be it's a ground. Did you get sync errors when running the MS?

I've noticed the tach stays on, I don't hear any relays clicking on and off
