Arrow Global Time Attack

This past weekend I was at Road Atlanta at the Formula Drift event with some friends and noticed they were having this time attack series and since my miata is getting closer to finish I'm thinking of competing in this event possibily at palm beach and hopefully for sure in New Jersey. The major issues I'm having are deciding on which class to compete in. Right now I'm leaning towards the Street class which would require me to add a cat and run RS-3's and I think I could get by with just a roll bar even though I'm planning to have a cage built but due to time, might not happen by June. Anyway, if you guys could help me find the best suited class for me to win it would be very much appreciated and let me know if there's anything I'm overlooking for rules and things I need/cant have.

Details on car if you didn't know:

-NA with 99 1.9L fully built(Weisco 10:1, carillo H beam, fully balanced, oversized superteck valves, ferrea retainers, msm intake cam) GTX3071 with tial housing, Victor X mani, low mount ramhorn exh mani, ID 1000's
-Quaife gearset
-Carbon drive shaft
-Torsen with REM 3.63
-Carbon Hardtop with Lexan glass (still have soft top on, will remove eventaully but not sure if I can run that hardtop in a street class)
carbon trunk
AX bumper, wide fenders, rear over fenders(all not installed yet)
AEM EMS
Racepak
coolant reroute
GS raiditor(will upgrade soon)
ARP wheels studs
Goodwin 4 wheel BBK
Roll bar
GT500 hood vent
V8R control arms
Tein mono-flex
15x9.5 work cr-01 with rs-3 225s
15x10 tireless 6uls
Much more, but I think that's all that's relevant

Below are the rules and you can see the results to previous competitions on the results tab.

Thanks guys!

Edit: Considering I'll be new to the car I'll probably be around 300-350whp with 110 gas for added safety if there are any heat/tuning issues

If you intend to compete in the street class you will not be able to use the hardtop, no question.

You can run the soft top. The only reason the hardtop is out is because it is made of carbon fiber and has lexan glass both of which are against the rules. If it was an OEM top it would be fine in the rules. You also have to keep the rear window in the soft top intact which works against you since your front windows according to the rules must be in the full down position meaning you create extra drag with the rear window still in place.

Still not understanding why I wouldnt be able to run with no top? It's a factory option to put the top down(convertable) and if I can take the top off I can save some weight and better aero than the soft top. It's not like it woould be any safer to run with the top up either as it has no structual support if I were to flip.

You could run with the top down but I am not sure that you could take it off. However, I could be wrong, but I was under the impression even with the front windows down you would have better aero with the soft top up. The rules state that ALL factory glass must be in place and that only certain pieces can be removed which leads me to believe that you would not be able to remove the soft top and only run with it down.

So are there any restrictions on my exhaust besides it having a cat?

The only other restriction I saw was that it could not stick out too far off the back.
