Slightly off topic but- Is anyone using the mazdaspeed competition rubber bushings? I have poly bushings but need to redo my zerks this winter. After an auto-x in a heavy rain storm they are squeaking badly and I am considering just going back to a firmer rubber instead of moving my zerk fittings around.

The current bushings are about 1.8" diameter at the flange but I think 1.75" rod would work good. I figure it will take about 4 feet of material.

Still interested? I’m not sure I can make good guess on tolerance to make them work good I was kind of thinking maybe taking the A-arms existing bushings and material to a local machinist and tell him to make them so they fit right and work.
Not at this time. I am just trying to get back on track after a setback late in the season. Maybe next year when I am caught up on things.

That being said I would do sphericals on the lower arms and delrin on the uppers. I would also use a bearing on the rear top arm outer.
