This is the projector housing I used:

I wasn't interested in Xenon lights so this was all I needed.

If you want Xenon lights just buy this entire kit:

Can you get some shots of the output on a wall of just one projector with you parked around 30-40ft? I'm very intrested to see how they preform with a halogen bulb.

 

Any idea how much weight you saved?

Tntuba, can you post the mounting setup a bit better please. I already have the projectors I just need mounting ideas!

 

Finished my setup tonight. I am happy with the weight savings and they give me plenty of light or what I need. The brackets were scrapped together from some spare aluminum and you can see the beam vibrating at idle in the garage but nothing you can notice while driving.
