Right, just make sure you get some FIA certified slider mounts also. To Mobius earlier point- that is the most important part of the whole thing.

How many times have we seen people fabbing up mounts without having a race sanctioning committee review the quality of the mount.

I have a SPARCO race seat in my car with a custom slider mount. It is a complete pain in the a$$ to get in or out of the car but it does work on the track and is a low mount.

hey Dan can you throw some pictures of where you put the eyebolts for the sub straps? I don't have my seat yet but the car's on jackstands atm and now's a good time to drill. But, I don't want to put them somewhere they are going to interfere with the seat.

Sure thing- sorry, I was out of cell range all weekend. I can take a couple of pictures later today- I need to mount my 15x8 6UL's anyway...

They are tricky to photo- mine were already mounted to the floor with a bolt- not an eye on mine. If you can see, the bolt is directly below the front crossmember on my seats- so if you have an eyebolt in there, clearance could be a problem. You would want to be in a place that the seat would not contact when you were sliding the seat forward or backward.

Looks like the shoulder holes aren't quite big enough for 3" straps?
