Default NoPro fender flares - group buy interest?

So I would like to get a set of NoPro GT Spec fender flares for my NB track car. Here is a link to the images on their home page (in Japanese)
http://www.nopro.jp/gt-spec.html

These would work really well for a large wheel/tire package, like a 245 width tire on 10" wide wheels. I like these over say something like the autokonexion flares since these also cover the lower portion of the tire for drag reduction.

The problem is, they are not cheap, about $1100 US. Then add $400-$500 worth of shipping on top of that and they cost a lot more than I want to spend.

I have been communicating with one of the importers about a group buy, and if bulk shipping could help bring down the price. I cannot say how much these will be yet, so I am just gauging GENUINE interest to see who might want some. I can then check around with reputable importers to see who is willing to do a group buy.

Or, if you know of something similar for a NB let me know. I've been looking all over at flare kits via here, cr, and google, and these are the only ones I have found so far for a NB that have what I am looking for.

Please post here if you are interested. Thanks.

Seeing as they cover a significant part of the side markers, are they even street legal?

Don't know. It probably depends on how ---- your state inspections are. I am looking at these for a track-only car myself.

HA! Since when did the word pronounced 'aynal' get dashed out?

Depending on the price I'd be interested. Let me know what you find and thanks for putting in the leg work =).

I Posted this up on CR for the mad tyte yo crowd. They may not race but they are generally into body kits and might want them for looks and extreme offset/slammage.
