Default CHRA bolts and track use

Standard garrett 2560r turbo.

Anything special need to be done to the Chra bolts to keep them in place? Was thinking about saftey wiring or tack welding them to the plates underneath them if they are know to come loose

You should be good with the stock bolts. The reason that the V-Band guys have to safety wire the bolts is because the V-Band housing uses smaller bolts.

I thought it was more about vibration than bolt size. I suggest we summon the engineer crew.

That may be correct. I know I have not seen any standard Garrett CHRA bolts fail on track, but I do know they are about twice the size of the inconel ones on the Tial housing.

The larger bolt can be torqued higher and will provide more normal force on the treads, more normal force = higher friction force = harder to vibrate loose. In layman's terms, not of the industry insider bullshit jargon.
