Anything special need to be done to the Chra bolts to keep them in place? Was thinking about saftey wiring or tack welding them to the plates underneath them if they are know to come loose

That may be correct. I know I have not seen any standard Garrett CHRA bolts fail on track, but I do know they are about twice the size of the inconel ones on the Tial housing.
The larger bolt can be torqued higher and will provide more normal force on the treads, more normal force = higher friction force = harder to vibrate loose. In layman's terms, not of the industry insider bullshit jargon.
