Default Rs3 psi

So I have a set of 225/45/15 RS3s on the way. I just wanted to know what PSI you guys run them at for auto x and track days. Right now I have RE-11s and I used to run them at 32 hot and had no issues and good wear. My plan was to do the same with the RS3s but I didn't know if they would like more or less. Thanks

They should perform well at around 32-35psi, of course adjust accordingly if you think they are not perform up to par.

Hot = Lower
Cold = Higher

Basically want to balance it out.

He's a noob that hasn't posted any useful piece of info since he joined. Doesn't even own a miata. Just check his posts.

5 e-bux says he's just spamming to post a for sale or want to buy ad.

I based it off of what I was running when I had my Civic.

Fwiw a local nationally prepped sts miata runs rs3s at 38-40 front 37-39 rear. Now that's with 750/400lb rates and he usually drops them down every run.

I ran them on an st integra and they seemed happiest at 33-36. It was about 55 degrees outside, 2 driver car.

Those rs3s transition so fast! The turn-in is amazing. Im wanting a set for the first set of tires for the 97.

Last season I did SCCA and BMW. I did run the 2nd to last PCA event thought. I might try to do all 3 clubs next year but for the most part I am sticking to SCCA and BMW.

Not bad. How was the outerwear at that psi. The tire didnt roll over. I know on the RE-11 I am at or past those little arrows just a touch and thats at 32 hot. I would of killed the tire at 28 haha. But the rs2 and rs3 might have a stiffer sidewall. Thanks for the info btw.

I didn't notice any additional outer tire wear at 28psi. I have not really had enough time to experiment with tire pressure with these tires yet.

Yeah I am going to start at 35 hot and work my way down. I think I might have a grassroot motorsports mag where they tested the tire so maybe that will have some helpful info. I know on the track I used to set the tire for 32 hot but it would come off at 35. You dont have this problem at auto x haha.

I think we were at 35psi hot at TWS, on 255/17 RS3's.
