Default S/Wheel boss or q/release...

Guys I am looking to reduce the distance the steering wheel is to my body....

The stock position is great BUT I want to use a quick release to ease getting in and out and for security (removing wheel makes stealing the car a BIT harder)

Does anyone know of a boss that is shorter in length than OEM, a short boss and low profile quick release would be pretty close to ideal..

Suggestions?

okay, apparently NRG make a low profile Mazda boss.

Anyone have any experience with that or their Quick release

NRG short hub and NRG QR checking in. The QR is tight, the hub is solid. Not much more to say. The two stacked together with a 1" dish wheel is about the stock wheel placement.

If you want to move the wheel closer to you there are some other hub options or the use of a dished wheel.
