Well done lol.

Unfortunately looks like this is a pointless battle, last post by some other NASA admin pretty much confirms they've dug their heels in on this one.

I just don't get it. It seems like there'd be no measurable laptime difference with 3/4" vent height vs. 3/8" vent height, but everyone would be happy and pretty much no one would have to change their cars. Instead they just want to keep pissing off their customers. I mean if the 6 or 7 people that I've seen on Facebook etc. stick to their guns and just race with other orgs, that's like 15 grand or more worth of reg fees per year gone if they were doing 6 events a year. They'd rather defend their poorly researched decision instead of making a smarter move for the business as a whole.

Me too... +1 - People making decisions about things they don't really understand, and refusing to change because it shows they were wrong.

The odd thing to me is that if someone is running the type of vents pictured above, they have SIGNIFICANT other aero mods in place. They are also probably pushing a lot of power as well. How does this affect the lower run groups when that power level and aero mods would place the vehicle in a top tier or unlimited class anyways?

Hey we gotta reel in all those people doing wind tunnel testing in the slowest classes of club racing though!
