What I was kinda getting at was that pushing the limits, to see where they are - esp in where you're against the clock (ave speeds are faster than in a race, like you're the leader out front - yes?), one will enevitably push too hard and find the the limit - at what consequences who knows - that's why I have a Hans. And our home track, Barber, is NOT a forgiving track - OP knows, and I'm glad he didn't find the armco - ample run-off in all corners? I wish...

Bryan, where do you find the PBOC requirements for DE events? Everything i have found shows that i should be able to run my car with that group. I couldn't race with them, but I think I can do HPDEs

From the corner workers POV, there are 17 turns - the clubs just count 15 in all -
Top of 4, kink out at 10 and top of 12 are BAD places to lose it - you'll be eating rubber from the tire walls on the inside most likely - that's why they're there. EVERY weekend, someone loses it at the Top of 4 and 12 driving into the inside walls. Usually high HP cars unloading in a turn at the crest of the hill. At least you won't have to pay for the hitting the tire wall - unless you screw up the armco behind. Barber will charge you clean-up fees for spitting on the ground if caught.... PM send on who to contact @ PBOC.
Lucky Lotus out of T10 - but his error was not driving it straight out when he got on the grass
And here's the pros - skip to 2:18 - not much forgiveness at that speed - that's a hard hit too
