A major issue was turned up.

We assumed that the left and right holes should be the same or at least "close enough". They're not even in the same ball park, so Alec is going to have to scan the passenger side, and will be different from the drivers instead of just a mirrored image. Luckily, in the sample size of 2 we have, at least the difference is the same. If @shuiend would test his we would have a sample size of 3.

 

I will test fit if you want me too. I have a 3d printer at work.

 

With how far off the are, you can just measure with a ruler and Ill know if the defect is consistent with what were seeing. Ill try to remember to post pics later.

I have a lot going on right now- I will try and get the second scan done soon. Once that scan is done, it should just be 1 day of work to adjust the duct to fit the other side.

 

I'm am NOT interested is buying these but I do have an unmounted eBay GV lip sitting at the house. If I can be of any help let me know.
