Ended up ordering a couple of them from Rockauto for a whole lot of $4.23 each, should be here in a couple of days.

Plumbing done other than the connection between the IC and the TB which I'm just waiting for the coupler to arrive -

Forgot to add - Rotrex cooler not pictured but it sits side by side with the oil cooler.

It has 3 mounts, you can't see the outer one.

Very pretty.

Are you not concerned with the "bottom" of the intercooler chafing against the steel tubing? Or is that accounted for in some way that isn't shown, or is accounted for by items not shown?

I'm going with 255/185 @ 7200 rpm.

Thanks!

There are a couple of brackets that you can't see on the IC, so I am not concerned at all.
The rev limit will need to be set at 7K to avoid over spinning the blower with the 75mm pulley.

Don't be afraid to push the Rotrex a bit over the limit. The C30-74 is known to be robust. OJ said they over spin em all the time without issues.

Good luck with the dyno. On pump I guess 230-240 on E85 250-260

Having some issues getting the car to fire up, dyno session has a 50-50 chance of happening tomorrow, might need to be rescheduled.

No power to ECU, probably cut the wrong wire somewhere while chopping away at the harness.

Dyno appointment rescheduled to Saturday.
ECU refuses to speak to laptop, my head is getting tired of being bashed against the wall.
Going home, will get an early start on it tomorrow morning..

Cant you just tap and re-feed it with something temporary?

Curious of dyno too as I'm running C30-74 with 75mm, we pushed it to 7200rpm but I understand not wanting to damage the Rotrex. I heard the 75mm should make more power on a VVT than mine did at 234/1845ish. Good luck!
