Ended up ordering a couple of them from Rockauto for a whole lot of $4.23 each, should be here in a couple of days.

Are you not concerned with the "bottom" of the intercooler chafing against the steel tubing? Or is that accounted for in some way that isn't shown, or is accounted for by items not shown?
I'm going with 255/185 @ 7200 rpm.

There are a couple of brackets that you can't see on the IC, so I am not concerned at all.
The rev limit will need to be set at 7K to avoid over spinning the blower with the 75mm pulley.

Dyno appointment rescheduled to Saturday.
ECU refuses to speak to laptop, my head is getting tired of being bashed against the wall.
Going home, will get an early start on it tomorrow morning..
