Few more pics from SLB.
Thursday morning right before the electric **** show started -

The rear section of the car was a throw together patch up job.
It will look different the next time you see the car -

Thursday night, firing the grill and a big box of parts in front of the car ready to be swapped in -

Friday morning engine config included this Bluetooth Rotrex setup -

"Won't need that duct anymore..."

Low hood line is low.
Note the huge difference between the heights of the two air dams, they used to be about the same -

Great drive. Looking at my in car footage after watching that makes it feel like it's in slow motion haha.

Excellent work gents, great to see the progress of the cars so close to the event, and incar fast lap videos are my favourite thing on earth.

I may have missed this, what tweaks were done to Bullet over and above the S1 build for this event?

GT1000 in place of GT250 wing, OsGiken diff in place of Torsen, Hoosier A7 tires, bigger splitter, more boost.

That Unlimited RWD record might be within reach..
I truly believe the URWD record could be reset by a Miata. It would be a journey with a lot of development involved, but it is realistic for the right dedicated team.

Alright got my video uploaded. Any criticism is welcome, Emilio, Sonny, Dan, Ryan, Moti etc etc. I feel like I could have cut the bus stop left hander deeper with more speed, missed apex of Phil's Hill, and not really sure what to do with the sweeper. Also need to brake later and less but with more pedal pressure everywhere it seems. Still haven't gotten used to just how hard I can stand on the brakes with the new aero. This is only my second event with it on the car. I think it has a mid to low 58 in it if I had my **** together.

Anyways, awesome event, my goals were to learn the track (never driven it before), have fun, see my friends, go sub 2, party, and eat Plowboy Sandwiches at Willow Ranch. Looks like all the boxes are checked. Looking forward to next season, really makes me want to start working on the RX8 but I've got stupid adult stuff to take care of with my new house.

Honestly, pretty tough to tell it was your first time there.

Minor, minor things:
Stay tighter on the exit of offramp. It doesn't seem like you're grip limited and might have been driving out to the exit. Tighter line, shorter path, yada yada.
Phil Hill and Sweeper looks pretty good to me.
That was a veteran Bus Stop too.

Dunno yet. In our case it will involve everything we know and/or can build at a reasonable cost. Most of the hardware is already here. Talked about it at lunch today. Focus on our entire build would be a very efficient and complete flat bottom leading to a very large and properly shaped diffuser.
This would allow us to use a bit less draggy front end and a triple element rear wing with lower AOA. The rest is basic, more power, the Quaife sequential, carbon body parts we have here. Guessing 275/35 and 295/30 A7's on 11/12 6UL. All poured into our roofless OGK tub, rear radiator, see through front end tub.

Sorta related, we have been planning a bigger front brake kit exclusively for 10" or wider wheels. Just the ticket for a beastie like this.

Most of Creampuff has been shown but there is still more nut ball aero tricks to come on that project. It will weigh less and have a bunch more down force. By next year it could have the 360 engine in it. So that might be fast, ah yep.

I actually made a very fancy modular mold for diffusers when I came to build mine, should be able to adjust sizing for need and the parts themselves are freakishly light.
The two carbon sections on my diffuser weigh ~2.5 Lbs combined. They are not small, not at all.
