Lets talk oil. Currently I run Motul fluid in mine. I had symptoms of a bad synchro after an autocross (2 years after motul swap) and thought I was losing my trans. After driving for a while, the car stopped grinding while going into gear, but in the meantime I had picked up GM Synchromesh with friction modifiers because I heard it was better for our transmissions.

Now that I'm building for more power, I'm wondering what the others run to keep everything happy in the trans.
