Closed loops idle seems to be hit or miss, for me its always been a miss.

I can get it to idle (Even a little rich at 14:1), however it never wants to go back into idle

It will startup in Closed loop, but when I start to drive away, the IAC opens and revs the engine to 3k for a few seconds before closing.
I can then stop the car and allow it to idle, but only in open loop

Whats the deal?

(I also realize that my open and close %s are out of wack but it will rev to the moon if i change them at all)
