Default Sudden Change in Megasquirt/Tunerstudio without changing anything. Help MSlabs MS3e

Hello,
I have a MSlabs MS3e on my 04 MSM thats been in it since 2015. With that in mind, nothing major has changed.
What happened today: My Innovate PSB-1 Wideband has always been giving a shaky signal to Tunerstudio, so I decided to try out different grounding points. (THIS IS GOING TO BE THE ONLY CHANGE).
Everything has been normal to the car, runs fine, starts fine, everything prior to this.
Here goes testing.

I put the ground on the intake manifold on the back stud where the EGR used to be, starts and runs fine, but still shaky reading.
Changed the ground to engine ground strap right beside the dipstick. starts and runs fine, still shaky reading.
Changed it to the intake manifold main ground by TB. (Heres where changes start to happen on its own). I start the car and it started struggling. timing all sudden moved to -19* and Map stayed around 80~ Kpa at idle. CEL stayed on, rpm unsynced turned on TS. Later on both went away but still timing and MAP Kpa was way off. 5 minutes later of trying, its stuck at -90* TIMING.

So this happened with absolutely nothing changed in Tunerstudio, the ONLY thing that I was moving was wideband ground to see differences.

Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Log/tune. We're pissing in the wind without them.

Sorry for being newb, but how do you convert the file of Megalogviewer to here?

Update: I put back in the ECU today and it started normal. I turned off and started the car about 4-5 times until it started acting up again. So I removed the battery cable once again to "reset".
as I expected, it started fine again, but doing the same thing of turning it off and starting it multiple times, the issues came back once again.
The weird part i noticed is Tunerstudio stays connected now to my laptop even with the key off. Thats when I know the issue has returned.

Interestingly enough, if I remove the accessory harness on the back of the ECU, the issue never returns. So Im assuming theres an issue within that area in the ECU.
But with that in mind, let me figure out how to put the few logs that I did earlier.

Once the ECU pegs the timing around -40 to -90* timing, the car doesn't start anymore because of the crazy retardation of it. But I just logged a few cranking logs to show.

Here are three datalogs,
2 of them were way too struggling to start because of timing,
1 of them the timing kinda reduced to -16 to -10 so the car started but of course it ran very rough.

Thanks for looking.

Check that DB37 connector for the bad contact, bad soldering and short cicruit between the wires.
-----------
IIRC MSLabs ECU have dedicated ground wire for WB controller in DB37 connector. Did you initially have WB controller ground connected to that dedicated ground wire?

I did not have the WB connected to the DB37, Ill check the DB 37 to see if anything broken.
I know usually, it'll mess up all the calibrations on TS, but on this one, its just the timing that changes.
and the weird part is, if I take off the negative cable off the battery, and put it back after 10 seconds, the car will start normal, everything will read normal.
Then if I just turn it off and on several times to replicate the issue, it will come back again after the 3rd to 4th time.

Wideband input, Launch control to ground, EBC pin to ground, EBC input,
I had my EBC powered through the 12V on pin 1 as well.

All these have been the same set up on the car for a very long time.
