I have a car that he is getting a complete MK turbo kit installed. Installer has basically put every part on and is ready to fire the car. He is Telling me there is no tune associated with the vehicle and I must have one before he can start it. I don’t really know how any of this works. What came with the kit was an MS pnp 3... I was under the impression that there was a base tune included for the miata to be able to at least start the car and drive.

My installer says this is not true and someone has to write a file or be willing to come to the shop in tune it on site.. Any advice would be appreciated
