Default Weird Idle / New Injectors

To preface this, I never had a "perfect" idle before installing new injectors, but now its just being odd to me. Could my new injector settings be causing this? I am having two main issues here.... (Maybe more, who know)

1. Car will Idle up to operating temp fine. (A bit rich, but it at least idles). I can usually adjust the IAC Duty cycles & fueling on the VE table to get a better AFR, but every time I make an adjustment, I am getting a really rough idle now. This is reflected in the cold start log.

2. Car is now at operating temp, so I go to take it out for a drive. Everything feeling fine, not dying at stops. About 5 minutes into my drive, the car just refuses to idle. Seems to be running fine outside of idle, but I have to use throttle to keep it alive at the stops.

I'm sure I'm missing something here, but figured I'd just throw up a post here and see what you all think.

1991 1.6, speedyefi ECU, Turbo, flowforce 640cc injectors

Any other information you all would need, just let me know. Tune & log from cold start, Drive, and post drive attached.

What's your injector open time set to?

I put some 550cc injectors in today, and I had the open time set to 0.6. This caused me issues, seeing it back to 1 solved it

I'm set at 1.1 per flowforce:

Have you boost leak tested post injector install? I pinched the manifold to injector O-ring when I put my injectors in. Gave me tuning headaches until I caught it and fixed it.

What kind of "tuning" headaches?

I am really only having issues with my idle. I can drive the car, get about the same AFR as before (after I reworked my VE table), but just can't get the idle to be stable.

I don't think I have any vacuum leaks as I'm still hitting the same KPA as I was before the install. I also tried spraying a bit of MAF cleaner around the injectors to ensure they were not leaking as I was told there would be a small surge in RPM if there was a leak.

You can try spraying some carb cleaner or deodorant onto the injectors. If you hear a rise in rpm you have a vaccuum leak.
