Default Oil in exhaust

I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I just got my car back from the dyno and it did 304hp on 16lbs on a 2871r. The tuner mentioned that it was smoking pretty bad but seemed to get better later on the tuning session. I do notice it smokes on start up and revving at idle will make smoke. I haven't driven the car much as i don't want to hurt the turbo if oil is passing the seals due to crap return line.

I didn't notice any oil in the down pipe, or in the runners of the manifold, but when i pulled the manifold i noticed oil in all 4 exhaust chambers. What i can't quite figure out is where it is coming from. All 8 valve stems all look bone dry when looking into the exhaust port on the head.

We are thinking that the drain line i have might be the cause as it's heater hose. Apparently big no no. So I'm putting on a -10 an line which seems to be what is most common just to rule it out.

the turbo is brand new and i have a .040 restrictor banjo on the oil feed line.

Any ideas on where else the oil could be coming from? I guess I'm just baffled that oil is building in the exhaust chamber of the head but all the exhaust valve ports are dry?

Thanks in advance!
