6 speed front ppf plate

I'm swapping my 5 speed for a 6 speed. I can't remember where this plate goes on the ppf. I'm pretty sure it came with the 6 speed.

Incase anyone searches for this answer. I've been told that the bolts go through this spacer, then ppf, then into the transmission.
