How should I wire my IAT sensor? I have a gm IAT from diyautotune and I can’t find any information on where to wire the two black wires to. Some people say to wire it to the old MAF wires but which ones? Are there easier ways to do it?

One side to ecu, one side to ground. If you have an NB, those wires are already supplied. Simply replace the factory sensor with the GM one.
