Default Engine rattle after wastegate porting

Sup my dudes got an nb2 turbo with the kraken kit and 3 inch down pipe .Recently removed my gt2560r to port the waste gate to help with boost creep. Since, i've reinstalled it and i'm getting a nasty vibration/rattle whenever.

At the begining I inspected if the exhaust was rattling on anything and discovered it was touching all of my butterfly braces and the front subframe. So I loosened up my amnifold to turbo nuts and shifte the turbo upwards(taking as much of the stud slack i could)
And it seemed to solve a part of the problem.

There no rattling at idle but when i rev the engine its seems like around 3800 to 4k i get a resonance and whenever i go wot i get a nasty ratlle/resonance

*NOTE before i removed the turbo this rattle was present but only in first gear wot situation and verry slightly

*other note, engine is fully built and assembly including crank balanced + fluid damper

Anybody has an idea of what it could be? Did the waste gate porting could cause this kind of resonance?

You've determined it is making contact somewhere.

Regardless of what motor mounts you're running (unless solid), the exhaust is going to move with the rest of the motor. Six is right, you've already confirmed there's contact/tight clearance.

Will it happen while free-revving or only under load? I'd put the car on jackstands and have a helper rev the engine up to where it makes the resonant frequency. Then get under it to check if/where contact is being made.
