Default Turbo to DP stud options

Hi All, I've recently repaired the internal threads on the hot outlet side of my turbo. The studs were seized and caused damage when removing the turbo from the car. The manifold and hot inlet on the car have what look like stage 8 locking hardware, but the turbo-to-DP did not. I found some of the nuts actually lose under the blanket while disassembling, which concerned me greatly. I need to purchase five new studs and hardware to put this back together. My pause is that I can only find "carburetor studs" in the right size, and no locking hardware appropriate. I'm worried that the heat-cycling from the turbo ruined the previous hardware and I suspect it will happen again. The turbo takes 5/16"-18 and the downpipe isn't threaded (it had 5/16"-24, 1/2" nut). The best I've found is grade 8 steel studs, which will not withstand the heat in this area. Does anyone know of some tried-and-true hardware that works in this size? My fallback is commissioning a stud with one 5/16-18 end and one M8-1.25 end, and then buying two packs of stage 8 hardware for it. The downside of this is it'll cost $$$s. I'm also considering getting the turbo re-tapped for metric, which would provide a few more options it seems, but $$$s also. *What a first-world problem I have on a Saturday morning, I should just find another hobby.*

Specs I'm trying to match: total stud length: 1-1/4", end 1: 5/16-18, end 2: 5/16-24, spacer: 1/4" - 3/8", locking nut that allows for disassembly.

Thanks in advance.

I had problems with bolt on downpipes on the track. Blankets make it worse. Consider building some shielding from sheet metal for that.

As for studs, I ended up having an adapter welded to my turbine housing that converted to v-band to work around the issue. I know that's not what you wanted to hear.

Others here fought for years to keep turbo to manifold bolts from failing. Eventually inconel solved people's problems. I used inconel studs for turbo to manifold connection purchased here https://www.full-race.com/store/turbos?part_type=5961 but I can't recall what others were using for the downpipe connection. I do believe that inconel is the proper material for the studs you should be searching for.

Never mind guys, I think I've found what I wanted. Stage 8 has options for Harley and Mopar that are 5/16. I found this #RE-SE-20 Harley-Davidson Evolution Header Nut Kit, and I've found some SS studs from Allen's Fastners. They are ARP 300 studs (5/16 X 1.300 SS STUD AG-1.300-12G) and they are not listed on ARP's website; seem hard to find otherwise.

Ha, oops, you posted just minutes too late. I'm going to try these stainless-steel studs with some good nickel-based anti-seize.
