Hello I've been tuning my own car and watching multiple videos tuning the idle and such while it works just fine when its warm and on restarts on cold starts its not hitting my target rpm range which makes the car startup at 500-600rpm which gives me a little issues in the morning. I've uploaded my tune and log of this cold start.
Your engine state settings are awful. The car is constantly switching between cruising and idling because the smallest rpm increase is causing it to think you're accelerating. I've attached a screenshot of my settings. Certainly not perfect but a whole lot better than yours. Also your tps needs to be zero'd as it's jumping all over the place and sitting at 3%. Once you have all of that sorted you can start looking into your start up problems, a lot of which is probably caused by these things, and the fact that for whatever reason your afr is 7.7 after start up which I'm going to assume is the lowest your o2 sensor can read. I would probably leave your throttle closed tps threshold at like 2.5% just because your tps signal is so noisy.
