Hi All - i just went on an adventure trying to find just the right settings needed to put into tunerstudio for the FM 36-2 wheel installation. It was damn near impossible to find the 'correct' settings via google, but I did happen into a thread here: https://www.msextra.com/forums/viewt...m+36+2#p565294

The steps below are for an NB2. I believe there is a bit of a wiring headache to deal with if you pick some of the other options, but I didn't have to deal with it so I'm not 100% sure.

1. Set your trigger wheel to Miata 36-2 in tunerstudio.
2. Make sure during physical installation of the trigger wheel the FM logo will read correctly once the crank pulley is installed on the car and you are facing it from the front. The FM is cut into the wheel so flipping it wrong will be written backwards from the front of the car if you did it backwards.
3. Make sure your crank position sensor gap to the teeth of the wheel is at least .030 (FM recommends .035 in their instruction manual).
4. At the end, redo your base timing. For some reason mine went from 11 degree offset to about 2.2 to match up the lines to the 10 & T.

Hopefully this helps someone (possibly me if I end up doing it again) in the future.
