I have a good ole eBay radiator and I need a bushing for the top brackets it looks like. Anyone have a hack for this or maybe I should just print something up from a poly material?
Gap area for the bushing in red.

If you have a 3D printer and TPU at hand, you could print these. I would however buy OE rubber grommet replacements, believe they are still available for cheap.
Yeah I thought that too, but I think the radius of the peg is a lot larger than stock so I don't think this would fit, right? Like a smooth brain I already scrapped the radiator with the bushing still on it.
And yeah +1 for TPU print. I could use a hose but IMO I'm not thrilled about the look of sliced hoses here.
I was in the same boat except I needed NB grommets which are conveniently like $12 apiece. I just used some silicon hose from McMaster and cut it with a razor blade, it's not perfect but it was half the price and I have enough hose to make an infinite supply
