Hey all, I've been running some variation of these maps linked at the bottom for years now. I recently got a real ball bearing turbo, and the spool time blows my socks off. I want to make sure nothing looks catastrophic, and would love any advice or tips on changes that should be made. More interested in if I can add degrees of timing to the 100kpa area to reduce heat when climbing hills. Running 93 pump gas on an unopened block and head.
Setup is MS2, gt2560r with a cxracing t51 compressor housing, bolted to an equal length tubular manifold/40mm EWG with 3in DP. Controlled with a simple turbosmart manual boost tee with the ball/spring removed for smooth power.
I agree with Pat that your timing looks pretty retarded around 100 KPA.
The AFR target is pretty steep between 90-100 KPA as well. Personally I would change the 85 KPA row to 80 KPA and then interpolate between 80 and 100. Being turbo'd you're probably not sitting in those cells for too long, but I think it would be a minor improvement.
Mentioning what fuel grade you're running (91, 93, E85, etc...) would be useful as well.
