I'm having trouble tuning my idle. I can get it to stay at a solid idle ~900, but it wants to stall under any additional load. Also on deceleration in neutral it wants to stall unless I give much higher initial values to catch it, then it will bounce up to ~1500rpm before settling back down. I'm wondering if my IACV is bad. I've already taken it off and cleaned it, made no difference. Also when I use test mode to find min/max duty % it opens under 10% and keeps going all the way to 100%. From what I've read it should be around min 20% max 80%.
