Megasquirt 2 with 1000cc injectors

I am having issues running 1000cc injectors with a MS2. Idle hunt and dip. Can MS2 handle that size injector?

1000cc FIC Mazda Miata MX5 NA/NB Fuel Injector Clinic Injector Set (High-Z) (is601-1000h)
