Default What settings in tuner studi should I change when swapping to an NB idle valve

I am swapping my 1995 NA to use an NB idle valve so it will be easier to fabricating intake piping. I obtained a known good idle valve and the electrical connector for it, in addition to getting an adapter so it will work with my skunk2 throttle body, the only thing I'm not clear on is what settings I might have to change in tunerstudio to make it work. I've looked through old posts and I couldn't find much info, with some of it being conflicting information (or maybe i'm too smooth brained to understand it), some people say that you don't need to change anything, others say that you need to change some the frequency. So is it a direct plug and play as far as setting in tunerstudio goes, or do I need to change any settings like the frequency or min/max duty?

It'll run fairly well without changing anything, but you want to verify a few settings. If your old one was tuned to idle hot at 25% duty cycle (for example), your new one may want more or less. Likewise, if you currently taper from 45% cold to 25% hot, you may find the new one wants 35-25. Typical freq. is 300ish, not sure what you're at currently. Best bet is to install it and take a log from cold to hot and post both the tune and that datalog here.

Thank you, I just wanted to make sure that it would start and run well enough with or without changes. I'll take and then post a cold to warmed up log once the adapter I ordered arrives.

If you want another reference you can download the NB basemap from DIYautotune and grab their settings for the IACV, that's what I did and it started right up and idled decent.
