Default EMU and scaling for BIG injectors

Quick question for you guys.

I just swapped out my 460cc injectors for 750cc injectors. I changed the After IJ size on the IJ tab of the settings. The target af map is adding fuel in cells I previously thought were correct.

My problem is I am trying to make all the corrections in one map, so I can use the other for e-85.

Finally, the question:
Would changing the reported size of the after injectors to a smaller number cause the default scaling to add more fuel, thus reducing the magnitude of the value in my ij adjustment maps?

I got a similar behaviour, when I changed my 305cc to 460cc injectors.

All the cells which where negtive even with the 305 where positiv with the 460s. (A part of that was because of a different correction factor 230/305 to 230/495)
But after a while of driving - there seems to be some "self-learning" of the OEM ECU - because the values in the cells are all negative now.
