Default help on choosing suspension

I AM A REAL NEWB TO EVERYTHING. I wanted to buy a nice suspension set up for my 1993 car with 160k miles and stock suspension. I dont know what to look for in suspension or hat brands are good. I didnt want anything super good just a little better then now and I want the car lowered alittle as well. I was thinking of the fm suspenson setup 1.5 and getting the coilovers with it. Is this good, itd be for mostly a daily driver and maybe once in a while taking it to the track but alot at all. what about for the rpice is this good or anything else good for cheaper? Also how much is a good umm idk what its called but how much should I lower it for a daily driven car? Ive seen some NB s over here lowered and they look sick. Thanks alot for the help

New gen FM springs and Tokico Illumina are terrific bang for the buck.
