Default Turbo choice for altitude

Ok

as the plan is coming together so now I need to decide on a turbo

Here in Johannesburg we have an ambient baro pressure of between .82 and .84 bar due to altitude, our ambient temps are relatively hot in the mid 30s celsius - under bonnets temp are very hot - so big FMIC and water injection are a given as well as ceramic coated and blanketted turbo.

I am after good spool but with our altitude being so high with thin dry dusty air I want to make a good turbo choice

Does anyone have recommendations / experience on this ? luckily with being a Right hand drive there is a lot more space on the hot side of the engine for the turbo/wastegate etc

I would love a GT30 with a smallish hot side .48 / .63 - goal is probably 275 - 300 whp and I am not scared of boost I love BOOST !
this is on an 1800 NA - rear end will be upgraded once it grenades, mspnp will be used with bigger injectors / fuel pump / the rest will be diy bits and pieces

any other turbo recommendations ? or advice on turbo choices at altitude ?
