when you buy the GC new they come with a rubber top hat. I bought some used and mine did not come with any. Do I need those? Or can I run without them. Also I bought some NB mounts and they came with the bumpstops. I can't figure out how much to cut the bumpstops. or should i use the NA bumpstops with the NB hats? I have a 1990

 

Did you figure out that tophat issue? I may have a set I could send your way. I need to check the garage to see if I can locate them.
